Rooftop Anchor, Inc. engineers, manufactures and installs suspended access and rooftop access fall protection systems for commercial, residential, industrial, military bases, sports venues, aircraft maintenance and mining applications. Our employees and network of representatives have extensive experience in fall protection safety in new construction and retrofit projects. In our experience we have found that the majority of work environments lack suitable fall protection systems for employees, window cleaning crews, maintenance teams and other contractors who work at height or risk a fall of 4 feet or greater. Rooftop Anchor does not “sell” fall protection products. We are a full service partner that designs, manufactures, installs, and certifies a fall protection system that will make your work environment code compliant. Rooftop Anchor Inc. provides our clients with a complimentary design service to assist in the development of a compliant plan to meet all local codes and regulations.

To use this free service send your project plans to sales@rooftopsystem.com or call us at 800-411-3914.

For the most part, these States adopt standards that are identical to Federal OSHA. However, some States have adopted different standards applicable to this topic or may have different enforcement policies. Other federal standards and consensus standards related to fall hazards are included for reference. Rooftop Anchor Inc. can advise you if your current workplace or planned construction is in compliance with the local and federal safety standards. We also provide an annual roof safety service to inspect the strength and integrity of all rooftop anchor points to insure ongoing compliance.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″ css=”.vc_custom_1552486005358{margin-bottom: 50px !important;background-color: #ffffff !important;border-radius: 10px !important;}”][vc_single_image image=”7633″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1507630414042{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”][vc_custom_heading text=”About Fall Protection” font_container=”tag:h4|font_size:18|text_align:left|color:%235b5b5b” text_transform=”cesis_text_transform_uppercase” google_fonts=”font_family:Open%20Sans%3A300%2C300italic%2Cregular%2Citalic%2C600%2C600italic%2C700%2C700italic%2C800%2C800italic|font_style:600%20bold%20regular%3A600%3Anormal” css=”.vc_custom_1552486026005{margin-bottom: 0px !important;padding-top: 10% !important;padding-right: 10% !important;padding-bottom: 23px !important;padding-left: 10% !important;}”][vc_column_text font_color=”#5b5b5b” css=”.vc_custom_1552486042264{margin-bottom: 0px !important;padding-right: 10% !important;padding-bottom: 10% !important;padding-left: 10% !important;}”]The US Department of Labor lists falls as one of the leading causes of traumatic occupational death, accounting for eight percent of all occupational fatalities from trauma. Employers must set up the work place to prevent employees from falling off of overhead platforms, elevated work stations, roofs or into holes in the floor and walls. OSHA requires that fall protection be provided at elevations of 4 feet in general industry workplaces, 5 feet in shipyards, 6 feet in the construction industry and 8 feet in long shoring operations. In addition, OSHA requires that fall protection be provided when working over dangerous equipment and machinery, regardless of the fall distance.
